As an employer, or occupier of a building or premises, you have a duty to safeguard the health and safety of employees and other persons on or about the premises.
In order to satisfy these regulations it is important that you can demonstrate:
- That regular maintenance is carried out at suitable intervals
- That potentially dangerous defects are remedied in a timely fashion
- That records are kept to document the above

Our Health and Safety policy is regularly reviewed, and all of our engineers are Health and Safety trained and familiar with all of our method statements. Regular risk assessments are carried out and all electrical equipment is frequently PAT tested. Health and Safety is an agenda item for all of our meetings, and any non-conformances are addressed immediately.
